Olive McCluggage was appointed as a solicitor in 1997 and as a notary public in 2003. Since then, she has been in continuous practice working particularly in corporate law and notary public work. She provides notary services for individuals and companies in all jurisdictions.
She can also arrange for legalisation of the documents, another level of authentication which is performed by the Foreign Office and/or the consulate or embassy of the relevant country.
The range of documents which may need to be notarially certified is vast, but most common are:
- Powers of attorney;
- Affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations.
- Documents transferring property rights, such as bills of sale, mortgages and assignments;
